My New Year Teatox with Bootea

Well this is it. The New Year is here and it's time to repair some of the damage that the festive season has done to your body. To say that I am a little out of shape after the past month of eating, drinking and generally being merry would be an understatement and I thought it would be a good test for a teatox.

I first used the 14 Day Teatox by Bootea last spring. I was already eating healthily and training regularly and used it mainly to help with bloating as I was really struggling at that point. This time will be different. I've been over induldging on all of my favourite foods over the past month or so, had little time to train and generally been a little lazy. I feel sluggish, heavy and lost any form of definition I had began to get through weight training.

Bootea is made from all natural ingredients, gluten & dairy free and can give you a kickstart back (or start) to a healthier lifestyle as opposed to being a 'fad' diet. Combined with regular exercise and their complimentary clean eating plan it can help to make you feel more energised by flushing toxins and built up waste from your body and reduce bloating.

Over the next 14 days I will be;
 - Eating lots of fruit & veg, fish and small amounts of lean/ high protein meats
 - Drinking plenty of water (min. 8 glasses a day) & Green Tea
 - Cutting out junk/ processed foods and alcohol
 - Doing fat burning, high intensity cardio and body weight exercises

The teatox is made up of 14 daytime detox teas and 7 bedtime cleanse teas that will naturally detoxify your body. If you're trying to lower your caffeine consumption don't worry, the daytime teas contain around 35% of the caffeine found in normal teas and the bedtime ones are naturally caffeine free.

Pop back on the 17th to see the results and if you want to try this product for yourself either visit the Bootea (the 14 Day Teatox is £19.99 + £3.99 shipping) website or try your local Holland & Barratt store as they're the only stockist I believe.

Are you trying any detox methods this month? Or are you a dry-athlete? I'd love to hear from you.

Wish me luck!
