My Product Tests - Flexitol Foot Care

It's never too early to start getting ready for the impending party season, especially if the Summer has taken it's toll on your feet, making them dry and cracked. It may seem easier to just hide them away in boots for several months instead of tackling the problem, however, I may have found a fuss free solution...

My feet are horrid, I'm not going to lie. They spend all Summer in dainty little shoes and flip flops and start to look dry and cracked within a few weeks of the sun peeping out from behind the clouds! They then spend all winter in big boots, socks & tights and basically being suffocated. I think I'm pretty safe to say I've tried everything when it comes to sorting them out; Pumice Stones, Ped Eggs, Creams, Balms... The list is endless honestly.

Flexitol have a wide range of foot care product ranging from traditional balms to innovative gel sleeves to help combat rough, dry, cracked heels and feet and I have recently been trying out their 'Heel Balm' and 'Heel Magic' products in a last ditch effort to be able to free my feet in some pretty party shoes this Christmas!

Whilst the balm comes in a little tube that you have to apply with your fingers in the same way you would most balms, the Heel Magic comes in a roll-on stick making it super easy and convenient to use. I've started carrying it around in my gym bag and applying it pre-workout as a bit of a moisture barrier as I am sure that this is where a lot of my issues come from.

I was really impressed by both products as I was little wary of their 'visible results in 3 days' claim on the packaging, however, I did start to notice a difference from the first application as they were less irritated and angry and definitely looked smoother and less dehydrated within 3 days. I have to say I was actually amazed how quickly the products got to work!

Personally I prefer Heel Magic because of it's fuss free application, it isn't in the slightest bit greasy and I think you will get a lot of applications for your money from it, whereas the balm is of course a little bit messy to apply and there is the risk of using too much and wasting it.

So if you're looking to give your tootsies a little TLC ready for party season I would definitely recommend giving Heel Magic a go, for £5.99 I really don't think you can go wrong.
