The Birthday Haul

This time last week I was getting ready to head out for a meal with my favourites to celebrate my 32nd (yes I'm that old people) birthday in a more civilised manner than I am used to and looking back, I feel truly blessed to have such wonderful people in my life...

...But this isn't going to be a sentiment filled post or a what I did on my birthday post, today's post is simply a haul post as I got some pretty awesome gifts!

Aside from the obligatory money and gift cards that I will have hours of fun spending, I received all of the above and more for my birthday. Please don't think I'm showing off with my gifts, I know I am incredibly lucky to receive such nice gifts,

Paul really did treat me like an absolute princess over my birthday, he bought me two things that he knew I really wanted (The Hobbit Trilogy & my amazing Superdry leggings), he tried valiantly to get me the Calvin Klein underwear that I so want in my life and also treated me to a spa session and treatment at the wonderful Aqua Sana at Center Parcs.

The girls at work are aware of my love for all things sweet smelling and bought me a Marshmallow Root candle and bath bombs from Bomb Cosmetics. I've already had the candle burning and it really does smell good enough to eat and I cannot wait to try the bombs out this weekend too.

I received another little Sephora bag of wonder containing the Nars Steven Klein Killer Heels Lipstick Coffret (all the way from NYC baby!) and I got some goodies to help me relax and distract my brain in the shape of these Linen Company candles and a new colouring book (complete with new pens and pencils) too.

Urban Decay is always high on my list and I love the Naked2 palette a lot, in fact I've almost hit pan on my original purchase so this was a welcome surprise, alongside an appearence from my favourite setting spray!

I've already spent some of the money I was sent on a few bits I've had my eye on and I'm looking forward to hitting Leeds in a few weeks time to spend the rest.

I loved each and everyone of my presents, there was thought and sentiment in each one.

I can't wait to get using everything and show you some of the above in more detail, what would you like to see first? Let me know below and I'll catch up with you again soon, until then though x
