Hello December

Oh dear lord here are we are again. Today is day 336 of 2016, more commonly known as December 1st and the first day of Blogmas. Yes ladies and gentlemen I'm partaking in the madness once again!

For those who haven't heard of Blogmas before you are in for a treat as this year it will see me posting every day throughout the month of December, that's 31 consecutive doses of HarmonyBlaze coming your way.

But other than going a little bit mad with content, what else does December hold in store for me this year? Lets have a look at the diary...

(Insert tumbleweeds here)

That's right guys and gals, the busiest month of the year is actually looking as though it could also be my quietest socially. I'm not looking for sympathy here (far from it in fact) but my diary is free from party invites, festive catchups and meals out for the first time all year.

However, this is leaving me with plenty of time to work on myself, to plan ahead for the New Year and to spend time with loved ones. Paul and I have a day out in York planned for later in the month and I cannot wait to walk through the tiny, cobbled streets hand in hand with the scent of roasting chestnuts in the air and sound of Christmas cheer in our ears.

Christmas itself will be filled with lots of love and laughter (yes I went there, you're welcome) and I really cannot wait to pop the tree up this weekend with a glass of Port in one hand and Christmas songs playing in the background.

In a way, I think I am thankful for having no plans this month as it means that it will be filled with surprises and that I will be able to dictate what I do to my diary and not the other way around.

Do you have any exciting plans this December? Let me know below and I'll catch up with you again soon, until then though x
