Suffering from burnout is an all too common experience these days; we all want to be the best employee, to be the best daughter, friend, partner... the list is endless and in our pursuits to be the best in everyone else's eyes, we often forget the most important person in our lives. Ourselves.


We all handle and deal with our emotions in very different ways, we are all very different people with differing mindsets and there is no 'one-size fits all' way to manage our mental health. This year, more that any other, I have become very aware of my own mental health and in turn, the mental health of those around me too.

Come join me at this years British Grand Prix and see some of the campsite shenanigans, burritos and a glass or two of Chandon. Oh and there's a little bit of racing to watch too...

In the immortal words of Embrace 'honey, it's been a long time coming' ... this post that is! I visited Ibiza back in May and only recently have I sat down to pick out my favourite pictures from the trip to share with you all.

One thing I love to do, but rarely share online, is cook. All of my first jobs were in the hospitality industry, something that I went on to study at university and I absolutely loved the hustle and bustle of the kitchen. These days it's just me and Mr D in there, but I love it just as much and lately I've been itching to get back in there, cooking some of my favourite recipes.
