Improving Wellbeing in Everyday Life

I cannot start to put into words how amazing my week in Ibiza was last month ... it felt like a week long celebration of love and friendship and gave me an opportunity to really unwind for the first time this year. It was so nice to sit out, late into the night chatting, putting the world to rights and laughing until my sides hurt!

As the the clock struck midnight on December 31st 2017, I committed to doing three things in 2018; to practice more self-care, to live more consciously and to have meat-free Monday's. 

Yes girls and boys it's that time of year again, it's Spring and whilst I'm not sure the rest of the world get's as excited as we Brits do at the sight of the sun peaking out from the clouds, I'm celebrating it with a Spring Break Haul.

A couple of weeks ago I read one of those blogposts that really spoke out to me. You know the type, the kind where you sit there for a few minutes at the end pondering the meaning of life, the universe and everything in-between.

We all know that I'm a bit of a positive peach at heart and I don't know about you, but I would much rather look forward at what I have ahead of me, than what I have left behind. Looking forward fills me with excitement, motivates me to work harder and helps me to focus that little bit more.
