Welcome to my revamped, and now monthly, Fitness Diary feature. January is the month for new beginnings, lifestyle changes and the month that all gyms and sportswear companies relish.
January for me has been no different. After falling off of the wagon in December, losing tone and gaining curves where they certainly weren’t wanted – I decided that January was a month for change.
I have to say I haven’t been able to throw myself back into the gym as much as I’d like, unfortunately the weather has put paid to that, but I’ve eased myself back into the lifestyle by cooking more fresh meals (I love The Hairy Dieters cookbook), drinking more smoothies and juice again, consuming plenty of water and green tea and by attending a few classes at the gym.
You have already seen my success on the Bootea Teatox earlier this month and I’m very tempted to take on another now I have time to do more exercise alongside it. Also tonight (in fact right this second if you’re reading this between 6 & 7pm) I’m starting a 6-week run with a PT at my local gym and also possibly slightly suffering from last nights Pilates session.
I am loving my Victorias Secret Pink vests at the minute, they’re so amazing comfortable for working out in and for just £24.50 they look super stylish as well.
I’m also about to start using my fantastic Daily Greatness Journal as well so keep an eye for a post on this real soon too.
This month I promise to be more active, try more things in the gym and have more to tell you!
