Another month, another fitness diary and this month I really feel as though I have got my gym mojo back! Here’s what I have and haven’t been doing this month…
So at the start of month I was feeling a little sluggish so I decided to invest in another Bootea Teatox, however, I’ve had that much going on this month that I kept forgetting about it! Once again though it has helped me feel less bloated, more energised and generally healthier.
As we have been working hard on getting the house and garden ship shape over the past month, there have been some evenings that I would have enjoyed nothing more than settling down on the sofa with a large glass of wine, a pizza and a good film! But I have stuck to my lenten fast and I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel – I don’t think I will go back to have either on a regular basis as I have found alternatives that I enjoy just as much, if not more. Plus hopefully by Easter I will have noticed some added benefits of cutting them out.
I have finally got myself into a really good routine at the gym, using a mixture of classes, cardio and strength training to achieve my goals. I’m still working with my PT on a weekly basis and hopefully now that the weather is starting to pick up I’ll be getting out and about more too, enjoying the local countryside before I move.
Next month I will finish my journal and see whether or not I have achieved my goals of become fitter, faster and stronger. Wish me luck!
How are you getting on with your fitness goals? Let me know below and I’ll catch you again soon, until then though x
