If you read my post a few months ago when I first discovered the then new Creme Puff Blushers from Max Factor, you will be well aware of the brand perception that I had and how one little blush pot totally changed my mind. I now have numerous Max Factor products in my collection and three in particular have become 3 of my daily goto products.
Let’s start at the beginning with their Colour Correcting Cream. I’ve long been a fan of using tinted moisturisers or BB Creams for everyday looks instead of heavy foundation so when I heard about this I just had to give it a try. Max Factors CC Cream is a combined skincare product that not only corrects imperfections, creating a flawless base to work with it also moisturises the skin making it look healthier & smoother. I really like using this as it really does everything it claims and has really improved the condition of my skin through daily use, despite the fact that I sit under the air con unit at the office.
Why not mention the latest addition to my Creme Puff Blush family next, Lavish Mauve. Whereas Nude Mauve gives you more of a natural, healthy glow, Lavish Mauve gives you more of an English Rose look as it has more pink tones in it. I have of course wrote about the Creme Puff Blush before so I won’t go on for long, but all I will say is that these super fine, compact powders do an amazing job and look great on all skin tones and ages.
Finally is the new Colour Intensifying Balm in Voluptuous Pink, a buildable balm is one of those handbag staples for those emergency day-to-night transformations. Whilst one application gives a gorgeous, light wash of colour you can build it layer by layer to a strong, bold pink for a more statement finish. Because it’s a balm it is very silky on the lips and extremely moisturising, leaving them soft and supple.
I have lots of love for Max Factor at the moment do you? Let me know below and I’ll catch you again soon, until then though x
