I‘m not quite sure how it’s November already, this year has flown by and I know I have said that every month but it really has! But November is always one of my favourite months and here’s why…
Remember, remember the fifth of November! Bonfire night is one of my favourite of the year, I just love the smell of gunpowder hanging in the air, the heat of the fire and of course cinder toffee! In years gone by we have had a bonfire at home but now we have done the garden I may have to go hunt one out elsewhere!
The landscapes change so much at this time of year and it’s amazing how much more you can see once the trees have shed their leaves. I love getting out and seeing the changing landscapes all through Winter but November is always a nice time if you can get out and about.
Birthday treats! It’s Pauls birthday at the end of the month and we always do something be it head away or head into Leeds for the day. Last year we spent the day shopping and relaxing so who knows what this year has in store…
Getting festive! I am such a big kid when it comes to Christmas, I love the twinkly lights and Christmas songs, I’ve already been buying decorations for the tree in October this year (blame Fenwicks in Newcastle for that!) and so when the lights are going up in November i always get a little excited.
A golden day out is in store at the end of the month as we head down to Newbury Races for the Hennessy Gold Cup with the wonderful Scarlett London! Neither me nor Paul have ever been to the races before and are really looking forward to celeb spotting on the day, oh and of course buying a new outfit for the occasion!
That in a nutshell is what this month has in store for me I do hope you have like this post, if you have it would be great if you could follow me over on Bloglovin’. Let me know what you have been loving this month below and I’ll catch up with you again soon, until then though x
