Fully Loaded Tortilla Pizza

Woah, what's going on here then? A Wednesday night post? I don't know what's got into me but I felt inspired to share my favourite quick & tasty meal with you all tonight and better still, I've filmed it all for you...

...I have become ever so slightly addicted to these Tortilla Pizzas recently. With minimal toppings they make a great lunch or fully loaded they make a great tea after the gym or for those nights where you can't be bothered with a full on meal. 

Simply preheat the oven to 210 degrees (fan assisted) and gather together the following ingredients;
1 Spring Onion
4 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Mushroom
6 Olives
1 Tortilla
Tomato Puree
Italian Herbs
Parma Ham
Goats Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg
