Well hello there May, how nice of you to join us! May is definitely the month that I start to feel a lot less Wintery and a lot more Summery, the month I start to think about my Summer travels and getting beach ready…
…Usually that is. Thanks to the snowfall last week and wet Bank Holiday weekend I’m still feeling rather Wintery and I’ve spend the majority of the year so far getting beach ready, so what else is on the agenda this month?
SOCIALISE | One this I want to make sure I target a bit more this month is Social Media so get ready to see a bit more from me over the next few weeks. I’m fairly active on Twitter & Instagram anyway so the next few weeks will see me hitting other platforms a lot harder too!
TRAVEL | Towards the end of the month I’ll be heading to Newcastle, not only to produce another ’24 Hours in the City’ piece for here, but also for the Super League Magic Weekend. I already can’t wait, last year was a great event and I love the city of Newcastle too!
GUEST | Last month saw my first guest post over on John’s Road to Volunteering and I’m so pleased to say that over the next few months it is something I will be doing more of as part of John’s blogging team.
TRAIN | You may remember that I joined in with Chloe Madeley’s ‘3 Week Challenge’ back in February/ March and not only did I enjoy it, I saw results. This month she’s doing it again and I’m looking forward to the challenge and progressing a little bit further. Check out my Instagram for details.
LONG WEEKENDS | Here in the UK we love May for many reasons, including the two Bank Holiday weekends that top and tail the month! With no plans for either of them it will be a good opportunity to kick back, relax and binge watch The Walking Dead!
I’m sure that May will hold many other challenges and surprises for me too and I can’t wait to get this month started.
What are your plans, goals and aspirations for this month? Let me know below and I’ll catch up with you again soon, until then though x
