Now that Halloween is out of the way, the stores are filling their shelves with Candy Canes and Chocolates in anticipation of the ever impending festive season. November is where it all begins and here is what I’m looking forward to this month.
REMEMBER, REMEMBER The 5th of November because I adore bonfire night! I can take or leave Halloween, I’m not too fussed about dressing up (or down as the case may be) but I love nothing more than getting wrapped up on Bonfire Night and heading to a display somewhere.
#BONPRIXONTHEROCKS It’s not often I get to throw on a fancy dress and head out for a night of Cocktails in Leeds these days so when the invite landed to this event I jumped at the chance to attend. I have my dress all ready to go but accessories are still to be decided!
CITY BREAK-INGNot that we have booked anything yet but hopefully this month Paul and I will be heading away for a few nights in one of our favourite cities… Any guesses as to where we are thinking of heading?
CELEBRATINGThe 25th of this month sees Paul celebrate his birthday and I have already began planning his birthday cake. I’m not quite sure it will be up to Bake Off standards but I’m confident it will turn out ok.
CATCHING UP Not with friends (although that would be nice too) but on life in general – I’m still a whole season behind on The Walking Dead and I’ve recorded the whole season of Cold Feet to binge watch in one go at a later date so TV is one thing I’d like to catch up on. But I’d also like to catch up on here too (as if blogmas is next month) and believe it or not I’d like to catch up on the housework too after a few hectic weeks (ok months who am I kidding). You’ve heard of the big ‘Spring Clean’ well its time for the Autumn over haul!
That in a nutshell is November for me, a time to get organised, to prep and plan ahead and time to make some more memories! What does November have in store for you? Let me know below and I’ll catch up with you again soon, until then though x
