Summer is officially here and unfortunately we have past the solstice meaning that the days will now start to grow that little bit shorter again day-by-day. June has actually been a real hoot and as we fall into the latter half of 2017 it feels as though I’m just getting started!
June was such a fabulous month, filled with sunshine, showers and I’m not too ashamed to say a little sunburn too.
And so as another month draws to a close, it is time to take a look back at where I’ve been, what I’ve been wearing and what I’ve treated myself to this month!
THREADS … This month I have been mainly wearing these fabulous ASOS Jacklyn Espadrilles that are just £12! I have a post coming up in a few weeks all about these lovelies and how they are a total dupe for a designer pair that are 33 times the price!
The ASOS Jacklyn’s are available in a whole range of colours and I must admit my eye is on the metallic nude & silver ones next.
TREADS … Paul & I have been visiting Yorkshire’s East Coast for 10 years now, but never have our adventures been blessed with such good weather. We recently spent a day exploring new bays along the coastline and it was a day out we didn’t realise we needed, but thoroughly benefited from.
Yorkshire always has and always will be where my heart lies and exploring my home county is something that I love to do. Who knows where we will visit next around here!
TREATS … My bargain Floral Boohoo Dress as featured in my Live Limitless post is my treat of the month simply because, as I’ve said before, it is something I wouldn’t normally buy. It is absolutely stunning, so delicate and pretty (unlike me of course) and above all else, comfortable. The first time I tried it on I tweeted that I felt like a princess in it and do you know what?
I still do!
So there you have it, a quick round up of June that involved a whole lot of Summer loving.
Has June lived up to your expectations? It has exceeded mine thats for sure!
Le me know below and I’ll catch up with you again soon, until then though x
