Over the past few months I have totally mixed up my fitness regime both inside and outside of the gym, going from heavy cardio based sessions to ones that are more strength focused. Many of the workouts I do now can just as easily be done at home as in the gym too, making them perfect for busier days!
In the first of my new ‘at home’ series of videos I’m sharing my current upper body routine with you all – seven simple moves that will target your arms, upper back and shoulders in time for party season… simply grab some light weights (or bottles of water) and repeat for three sets.
Please remember that I am not a qualified personal trainer, this video is a collection of some of my current favourite upper body moves that I use to achieve the progress that I have so far. All workouts are performed at your own risk.
