April has been one of those months where it feels that very little has wowed me or got me really excited about it. But maybe that’s because I’m feeling a little under the weather this week. Either way I’ve managed to pick out 5 things that have impressed me this month.
Illamasqua Powder Blusher in Thrust (£21.50) & Matte Lipstick in Corrupt (£18.50) – I was lucky enough to pick these up in Helen
Next Navy Tapered Trousers (£25.00) & White Stripe Sleeveless Blouse (£22.00) – I recently got to the stage where my work wardrobe was really uninspiring and I was just a tad fed up with what I had. So I’ve recently invested in a few new items (make sure you check out some of my recent outfits over on Instagram) which includes these two. I am really fussy with trousers, I don’t often feel that they particularly flatter me & therefore tend to stick to just one style. But I took a chance on these and I am so glad that I did. The tapered fit is so comfortable, Navy breaks up the monotony of grey & black and they fit wonderfully too. The top is very plain, simple and a style that will never really go out of fashion.
Fabletics Gibson Park 3 Piece Outfit (£52.00) – My love of Fabletics struck again this month when I added this (my fourth) outfit to my gym wear wardrobe. Fabletics products are fashionable, functional & form fitting. I think their leggings are some of the best I’ve ever owned.
So there you have it, my April favourites. What have yours been? Let me know below and I’ll catch you again soon, until then though x
