When I’m scrolling through Facebook and Twitter on an evening I find so many cool products that I would love to try out. My Heart Desires is my virtual wish list and here are four items I have my eye on right now…
First up are the gorgeous, little peep toe boots that I spotted on the feed of a small clothes shop I know in West Yorkshire. As it isn’t exactly close to home I started to trawl the internet for something similar and found an almost identical pair on the Missguided website. Their ‘Perrie Peep Toe’ block heel boots in Mocha are definitely on my desire list at the moment! I can see these being a key staple as we venture through the final few days of summer and well into winter when paired with a pair of chunky knit tights and dress for work, or with a pair of skinny jeans on a weekend. I can’t wait to get my hands on a pair and at just £34.99 they won’t break the bank either. (Image from Parade Clothing).
Next are two items I spied on Ark’s feed. The Jupiter Check Coat (£64.99) and the Anastasia Playsuit (£26.99) are both perfect for this season featuring elements of key trends ‘tartan’ and ‘folk’. Tartan is a timeless pattern and I several pieces from last winter that I can’t wait to break out again this year and this coat would be a welcome addition to my wardrobe. I love the oversize, cosy look of this woollen coat it just screams comfort to me and think it would be ideal for those dark, cold winter mornings and the commute to the office. Folksy prints and patterns are all over this autumn/ winter (which reminds me I have an ASOS dress circa 2007 that is going to be making a comeback) and the Anastasia playsuit will be perfect for party season and could be teamed with bare, tanned legs and some seriously sexy heels or a nice pair of high denier black tights, boots and faux fur coat for the office party! I’ve purchased lots of outfits from Ark over the years and always been impressed with the quality and the staff are always super helpful so I can’t resist going back time and time again! Finally HD Brows have released their AW14 imagery and as always it doesn’t disappoint. HD Brows has always been seen as a little more glamorous and high-end than most of the salon treatments it tends to sit next to in the treatments lists. From it’s early days of boudoir glamour through to sexy sophistication we see from them today, it has always had a wide appeal thanks to it’s creator Nilam Patel who has marketed it as the treatment everyone deserves. The Make-Up by HD Brows collection is no different. I have some of the originally products that they launched in 2012 to compliment the brow treatment and could not live without my trusty palette as I have particularly sparse and gappy brows. I definitely need to make time to try out the new collection this winter, specifically the Kajal (£19.99) which I think could give my trusty Bad Gal eyeliner a run for it’s money. So there you have it, four items I’m completely lusting after. If I get my hands on them I’ll be sure to share a review for you as well.
