Good morning and welcome to March everyone! As we leave the month of love behind we say hello to good old British Summertime, celebrate the Irish with a pint of Guinness and thank our lovely mums for everything they do…
I have so much on this month it is unbelievable, there’s never a quiet moment at the minute for us, especially as we are planning our move to the North East. But aside (almost) from all things relocation here are some of the things I am looking forward to this month.
Time with Friends – as the weather hopefully brightens and dries up I’m looking forward to hopefully being able to enjoy a little bit of the West/ North Yorkshire countryside this month. Last year in March I remember having some amazing mild weekends and being able to sit outside one of our favourite pubs for a few drinks so fingers crossed!
Time on the Toon – ok so I did say almost aside from relocation related activities! This weekend I have been visiting Newcastle properly for the first time. I’m really excited about our move North in a few months and really getting to explore a new city!
Time for Mum – for once this year I am being uber organised and I have already ordered my mums Mothers Day gift. When I was little I would always get her a little trinket or something (with the help of my Grandma or Dad of course) and I’ve carried on with this since being old enough to go out on my own as well as I think it’s the small, thoughtful things that mean a lot more sometimes.
Time to Spring Clean – next weekend I actually think I might have a full, unplanned weekend that I can spend at home and give the whole house an amazing Spring Clean and for some sad, unknown reason I can’t wait. Watch out wardrobes you’re getting gutted! I might actually sell a few pieces so I’ll let you know if I do!
Time for Formula 1 – I love motor racing! I know it isn’t the most feminine of sports to like but I have always loved cars from a very young age and would much prefer them to a doll! This month sees the return of the Formula 1 season and I am so excited to see how the Brits fair this year #TeamJB
So there you have it, five things I will be making time for this month but what about you? Let me know below and I’ll catch you again soon, until then though x
