When it comes to lip products I am either at one end of the spectrum or the other, nude or bold. Very rarely will you find me rocking a lip colour somewhere in between. So today I thought I would share my 3 most used Nude lip colours.
One that I have had a while is the Urban Decay Super Saturated High Gloss Lip Colour in Naked. This Lip Pencil is super easy to use and so easy to top up on the go (which you will need to do as as with most glosses it isn’t the most long lasting formula. But for day-to-day sheen and a pretty pucker, this is my go to pencil.
The only L’Oreal makeup item that I own is this lipstick from their Color Riche range in colour Bois De Rose. I bought this in my auburn hair phase as it was the shade the model was wearing on the hair dye packaging! But even though I am now back to being a brunette I still love this colour. The dusky rose colour of this is a very natural looking shade on me and only has a slight shimmer to it making it ideal for the office, but not something I would really wear out if I was out shopping or for food.
Finally one my latest additions is the Rouge Edition Aqua Laque in the shade 02 Rose on the Rocks. I am a massive fan of the Rouge Edition Velvet range so I just had to try these out when they hit the shelves. Being glosses I never expected them to have the lasting power of the matte, stain counterparts but these just feel so nice on the lips, very slick, very glossy and once the gloss has faded they leave a really nice subtle tint to the lips and leaves them looking very soft and subtle too. As the name suggests it’s another rose shade and another item that is good for those on the go.
So there you have it, short & sweet, my top 3 nude lip products. Keep an eye out for my top 3 bold colours coming soon and do Let me know below your top 3 nude colour products and I’ll catch you again soon, until then though x
