Whilst I have heard of Origins before, I’ve never used any of their products and never really embraced the brand. As you may know I am trying to be kinder to my skin at the moment and so when I recently found myself without an evening moisturiser I reached for this little sample that I got a while ago in Glossybox…
Each bottle of the Plantscription Anti-aging power serum is packed with plant extracts from around the globe to help reduce those niggling signs of getting older and wiser. Before using this I was finding that my skin was looking a little dull and tired which I think was mainly down to bad diet over Christmas and also just generally feeling a little run down as the harsh northern winter started to take its toll.
I must say I have really enjoyed using this and actually cannot fault the product itself. It has reignited some of that summer radiance that I had lost, left my skin feeling soft and nourished once more and looking smoother. Exactly what I was looking for.
It almost has a tangy, citrus scent to it which is really nice and feels silky when you apply it. One thing I would say is that because this is a serum a little bit goes a long way so be careful when using it.
The only downside to me is the price as it is a whopping £48 for 30ml which as good as it is I don’t think I could justify spending on it, so as much as I have enjoyed it Plantscription will not be becoming a regular in my beauty arsenal as I don’t think the results were amazing.
Have you used this or any other member of the Planscription range? What did you think? any recommendations on what to try next?
Let me know!
