My Product Tests – Sleek Face Form Contouring & Blush Palette

I know that at the moment contouring palette’s are all the rage. I’ve been using contouring techniques for a while now and mainly been doing so with a pressed foundation palette that had six different shades in it. On a recent haul I picked this up in Superdrug and thought I’d give it a whirl…

The Face Form palette above is ‘Light 373’, the palest of the palettes on offer in this range. Face Form is the sister palette of their Face Contour Kit and features a matte neutral brown contouring powder, a pearlescent highlighter and a wonderful rose blush that to me is reminiscent of Nars Orgasm. Matte contouring powders are the best in my opinion as they don’t reflect any light and make shadow creating easier. The fair palette differs in that the blush is more coral toned but for me this is perfect.

The powders are easy to use, light to wear and durable, applied first thing in a morning it still looks good when I get in from work. I use them every day and they don’t look too caked on and create a natural, glowing and fresh look, which I crave in winter.

They are nicely held in a compact, black, hardshell case making it easy to take out in your handbag for any touch ups and has a mirror the full length of the lid so it comes in really useful. I’ve found this to be a bit of a bargain at just £10, but would love try one of the more high end products out to compare them.

You can get yours from Sleek or in your local Superdrug store.
