I’m sure by now you will have come to the realisation that I have a little addiction to all things Superdry and it’s not just me, it’s Paul too. There clothes are just so good, they’re well made, so comfortable (I know anything there will just fit) and always stylish. Their sportswear collection is no different…
… I discovered Superdry Sport when it first launched last Summer. When it comes to gym leggings, I used to sit in the plain black camp mainly because I didn’t want to draw any attention to what I felt was my least attractive feature. However, over the last year or so I have started to work on my legs a lot more (follow my fitness journey & life in general over on Instagram) and I’ve started to splash out on more patterned, eccentric and attention grabbing ones.
My first Superdry Sport leggings were these Capri Leggings and I absolutely love the fit of these as for me it is pretty damn perfect, I love the combination of the deep Navy and bold Neon Pink stitching and branding and most of all I love that they are so comfortable. I honestly feel as though I can do any type of exercise in these; running, spin, weights, classes – anything. I also have the matching Hoodie and Sports Bra, not only because I am little Miss OCD as Paul would say, but because they really do complete the look. The Sports Bra isn’t the most supportive I own and I probably wouldn’t wear it for a high impact workout such as running, but for things like Spin and Weight Training sessions it’s perfect and the Hoodie is fleece lined making it perfect for protect you from the elements this Spring.
Their latest offering is even better. Utilising the latest hi-tech fabrics and the same bold styling we have become accustomed to, Superdry have created a range that is vibrant, stylish and functional. The latest item to be added to my collection (and surely not the last) is their Gym Logo Leggings which you may have seen in my January Favourites Video or My Birthday Haul post. Quite simply, these are the softest pair of gym leggings that I have ever owned and they are such a flattering, skinny-cut style to them that they instantly make you feel slightly slimmer and more confident. Again Superdry have launch a full range including vests, jackets and sports bras to compliment the leggings and you can buy them all in the same colour palette if you’re that way inclined like me.
And guys don’t worry, this recent post on Superdry’s Instagram feed suggests that you’re finally getting a sportswear range yourselves!
